These Terms of Service govern your use of PetMerge (petmerge.net). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old.
PetMerge helps you organize your pet's records: manual entries for profile, vaccinations, medications, medical history, labs and care, original files archived as evidence, a nine-chapter canvas, and one-click PDF export. The service does not read, interpret or verify the content of your records or files.
Sign-in is passwordless: we email you a short-lived code. Keep your email account secure — anyone who controls it controls your archive access. Each account belongs to one household; household invitations are accepted only for the invited email address.
You own the records and files you store. You grant us a limited license to host, store and serve them so the service can function. We do not modify source files and do not claim ownership of your content.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you upload, including having the right to store it.
PetMerge is an organizational tool, not a medical device. Exported archives are user-generated summaries — they are not official veterinary certificates, diagnoses, prescriptions or travel documents, and are not a substitute for professional veterinary care. In an emergency, contact a licensed veterinarian immediately.
We offer Free, Premium and Pro plans. Prices are shown on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are sold by Creem as the Merchant of Record: Creem collects payment, handles taxes and appears on your statement. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the Creem billing portal; your records are never deleted because of a cancellation or downgrade — plan limits then apply to new content only.
First-time subscriptions may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@petmerge.net. Renewal charges are non-refundable. Disputes should be raised with support before initiating a chargeback.
PetMerge, its branding, design and software are our property. You may not copy, resell or reuse them beyond the intended use of the service.
The service is provided as-is, without warranties. We work to keep it available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion from support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. Questions: support@petmerge.net.
