Upload photos and PDFs of vaccine booklets, lab reports and prescriptions. PetMerge merges them with the details you enter into one structured, traceable pet health record — ready to hand to anyone who helps care for your pet: your vet, a sitter, an adopter, or a friend.
Every section keeps the files you uploaded next to the details you entered. When you need to double-check, the original document is right there — no more digging through folders.
EVIDENCE-BACKEDYou decide which sections go into each exported PDF — nothing more, nothing less. Only what the right person needs to see.
PRIVATE BY DEFAULTExport your record as a PDF, ready to hand to anyone who helps care for your pet.
EXPORT ANYTIMEA single record covers every handoff. Pick the sections each recipient needs and export exactly that — no more, no less.
Vaccination history, active medications, allergies and past visits — the context a vet reads first.
Feeding, routines, medications and emergency contacts — everything a sitter needs on day one.
Adoption handoffs with complete records, vaccines and original files — every pet leaves with its own history.
Identity, vaccines, medical history and the original documents — a complete handoff without verbal notes.
The essentials and emergency contacts in one shareable PDF — for a weekend of pet-sitting.
A quick walkthrough: entering a record, adding original files, and exporting a PDF — start to finish.
Photos, PDFs, vaccine booklets and notes — choose where each original belongs and drag them all in at once.
Every fact is entered by you, with the original file always kept alongside as evidence.
Pick the sections for each recipient and export one record — no more, no less — for your vet, sitter or new owner.
